I was so honored to take pictues of one of the newest members of my family. Kali, you are such a sweetheart and you are so very, very blessed by the best mommy and daddy and grandparents and aunts and, well, whole FAMILY that any little girl could have. Welcome to the world, darling!
It was no surprise that this wedding of high school sweethearts/Homecoming King & Queen was the perfect day! Triston & Alexis are so sweet with each other and it is obvious that their love has grown throughout the years into something strong and beautiful. And the way they look at each other makes my heart melt!
Venue: Whispering Pines Carlisle
Guess what? We’re official! This was the first time that my husband Matt and I went as a team to shoot a wedding as Stefanie Sweger Photografie and Colvin and Nicole were the PERFECT couple to start us off right! It was a magical December day with twinkling lights, a beautiful bride, handsome groom, and family and friends who are obviously smitten with this couple and their long awaited special day. One of the highlights was a recorded message from the Man of Honor and brother of the bride (see cardboard cutout in the bridal party that we included in so many of the pictures during the day!) who is currently on a ship in an undisclosed location..there wasn’t a dry eye in the house. 2020 may have thrown a wrench into the original plans, but the day was nothing short of perfection. Congratulations, Colvin & Nicole!
Ross & Jenna got married in May, but celebrated with extended family and friends in September. It was a beautiful ceremony reaffirming what they had already promised to each other a few months before and a great opportunity for those they loved the most to join them for the festivities. And how about that venue? I hope it’s not my last time at Heritage Restored!! Congratulations, Ross and Jenna!
I’m in love. I was so excited when Chelsey asked me over the summer if I would be willing to come to the hospital after the arrival of baby #3 to capture some of their new little one’s first hours. If good things come to those who wait, I’m sure everyone would agree that this darling little one was worth the extra time as she made her arrival over a week late! Little Haylee Lou is already loved by her big brother and sister – it was so sweet to watch them interact with her. She had her eyes firmly fixed on Mommy and we were lucky to capture a smile for her Daddy! I absolutely loved all of these tender moments. The world is a better place because of this family. Welcome to the world, precious little one!
